Cordycep Tonic Drink
(1-3 grams per person)
- Soak Cordyceps (皇国龍草) for 5 mins and wash thoroughly with water.
- Put a dosage of cordyceps in a pot of water (400ml).
- Bring to boil up for 15mins, simmer for 5mins.
- You may add in your favourite Tea Leaves/American Ginseng (泡参) or Honey.
Enjoy your premium tea all day round!
Cordycep Tonic Chicken Soup
(1-3 grams per person)
- Soak Cordyceps (皇国龍草) for 5 mins and wash thoroughly with water.
- Add Cordyceps and American Ginseng (泡参) to your chicken soup.
- Bring to boil for up to 1 hour and simmer for 5 mins.
- You may add in Goji Berry (枸杞子) and Salt as desired.
